Spacious Home Staged to Sell

The homeowners were willing to make renovations and update this lovely home to be sure that it is all that buyers are looking for. In the end, all it needed were some finishing touches with essential staging areas to highlight its beautiful assets.

                                                   

Nearly All Moved Out Staging

There are times when sellers move out most of their furnishings before the house is listed. In those cases, there is a need to pull back some of those pieces to make the house feel a bit more welcoming. Still requiring some paint and new carpets, we rearranged the furniture and pulled in some of the homeowner's pieces to fill in some empty spots. There is now a more updated and comfortable feeling in the rooms.

Waterfront Home Staging

The views alone will sell this home! There is a clear view of the water from your first step inside the door. The cathedral ceilings in this contemporary home's living room give it a wide-open, spacious and airy feel. The master bedroom and bath (complete with sauna) are elegantly comfortable and have direct access to the wrap-around deck to enjoy the waterfront view.

Condo Partial Staging

A lovely 2-bedroom condo with a great entry and balcony was a pleasure to stage. Most of the furnishings had been moved out, but with its neutral walls and finishes and a few pieces of furniture and accessories, we were able to stage it to look spectacular!
